David Rendall is the Principal and Founding Partner of Group One Legal, Professional Corporation. With fifteen years of experience in the field of real estate as a licensed Broker, and thirteen years of experience as a practicing Real Estate Attorney in the State of California, Mr. Rendall prides himself in the development of a law firm that promotes preventative and result-based business minded legal services in the areas of Commercial and Residential Real Estate, Real Estate Syndication, Business Formation, and Estate Planning.

The Mission of Group One Legal is to deliver practical and client oriented value in legal services. With hundreds of clients in the real estate and legal arena, Mr. Rendall understands property owners’ rights and responsibilities, and can play a key role in advocating those rights. David Rendall and Group One Legal, PC bring a unique combination of experience, real estate acumen, dedication, and integrity to the industry. To give back to the community, David Rendall has also taught Real Estate courses at College of the Canyons.

Mr. Rendall is also the Broker/Owner of RE/MAX of Santa Clarita and RE/MAX of Valencia, owner of Escrow Advantage, and owner of Group One Investment, Inc., a licensed real estate property management and investment firm.

Ms. Laurie Rendall has 5 Years with Group One Legal, Professional Corporation, a unique law firm specializing in real estate and business related matters. She is a legal assistant and short sale coordinator that specializes in short sales, and prevention of foreclosures. Ms. Rendall also works with Group One Investments, Inc., which is a real estate investment and management firm that specializes in commercial and residential properties.

Laurie Rendall received her undergraduate degrees and Master of Science from California State University Northridge. She has over 14 years sales experience.

Christine Buan received her Paralegal Diploma in 2014, and joined Group One Legal, PC the same year.  Since becoming a Paralegal, Christine has specialized in Commercial Property Management with particular emphasis in Commercial Lease agreements.  She provides legal support to the firm’s lawyers, as well as providing a supportive role in all aspects of file management and organization.

Christine enjoys all aspects of legal work and is eager to broaden her expertise and knowledge through working on a variety of cases.

Outside of the office her interests include sports and fitness, traveling and spending time with family and friends.  Christine also volunteers at the San Fernando Court House.
